Everlasting Love

Although I usually photograph flowers in gardens, I occasionally capture them indoors. I received this stem of purple column stock flowers from my local florist, adorned with clusters of delicate purple blooms. I chose to isolate and photograph a pair of these flowers indoors, as they instantly reminded me of the enduring connection and love shared between two people. My goal was to create a soft, ethereal feel while also highlighting the textures and details of the main flower, which gently fades into the soft purple background you see here.
